Air Pollution
Control
Our Air Pollution Control Group focuses
on compliance with federal and state program
requirements. We work with chemical and consumer
products manufacturers, oil companies, and
educational institutions to advise them on
virtually all aspects of air pollution
regulation. This includes air pollution emission
control standards, permitting of emission
sources, and programs such as emissions banking
and trading. In addition to representation of
private companies in compliance and enforcement
matters, we have worked with regulatory
authorities to develop innovative and
cost-effective approaches to air pollution
control. |
