Our Environmental Department has
represented a number of clients in connection
with the regulation of chemicals manufactured or
used in their businesses. This work has included
precedent-setting projects concerning the
regulation of new chemicals and their
introduction to the commercial marketplace, as
well as the licensing, import, and export of
pesticides and biotechnology products. Our
attorneys are experienced in pesticide
regulation and successfully defended against a
government ban on a widely used herbicide. We
have also played an important role in fashioning
trade secret protection in connection with
federal regulation of new chemical
manufacture. |
