Protection
The Department has counseled clients and
provided legal representation on a range of
environmental health and safety matters under
OSHA and other authorities. These matters have
included such issues as exposure standards for
toxic and hazardous materials in laboratories or
the workplace in general; health and safety
inspections; regulation of hazardous air
contaminants; asbestos abatement requirements;
radiation control regulations, including
electromagnetic radiation; indoor air quality
requirements; and right-to-know
provisions. |
