Our Environmental Department's international
experience is varied diverse & expands
to Latin America. We have assisted clients
with the permitting and development of
industrial facilities and environmental
infrastructure projects, provided regulatory
advice concerning waste and chemical handling,
transport, and import/export requirements,
and assisted clients with the conduct
of remedial investigations and cleanups
at their facilities in foreign jurisdictions.
Our attorneys prepare monthly bulletins
on environmental, health, and safety developments
for various clients to keep them abreast
of emerging legal and regulatory requirements
in foreign countries where they have significant
operations.
